RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping Diane Firsten! We appreciate your continued support and want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Please see below for our return policy.

RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. Shoes must be in original box with dusters and be unworn. 
  • To return an item, please email customer service at xiara@dianefirsten.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the below address.
  • Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. You may also use the prepaid shipping label that will be emailed to you upon approval. If you choose to use the prepaid label, $25.00 will be deducted from your return to cover shipping charges.
  • Please note all returns are elligible for a store credit only.
  • All sale purchases are final. Purchases made previously to the start of the sale are not eligible for a discount.

STORE CREDIT

  • Please allow at least three (3) days from the receipt of your item to process your return for store credit. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange. 
  • Special orders, international orders, trunk show orders and sale merchandise are final sale.
