We are looking for a Luxury Retail Stylist to be a part of our sales team and help ensure our clients leave our store having enjoyed a unique luxury shopping experience. Retail Stylist responsibilities include providing one-on-one customer service, building a client book to help generate sales and creating complete looks that excite our customers. If you have a flair for
fashion and exceptional attention to detail, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help us maintain our 20 year + reputation among existing customers and further grow our clientele. 

 

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers as they enter our store

- Meet daily and monthly sales goals

- Build and manage client base, maintain organized client book

- Provide the highest level of customer service

- Identify clients’ needs and help them find clothing items that fit their body type

- Create complete looks from head to toe to match clients’ style

- Offer personalized styling tips

- Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the merchandise. Provide product details, including fabrics, wash care instructions and prices

- Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks

- Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment, assist in keeping the sales floor and stockroom neat and organized

- Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships

- Resolve client challenges and constructive feedback quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction

- Comply with all sales related policies and procedures

- Be positive and personable with clientele and team members

 

Sales

- 5+ years proven work experience as a Retail Stylist or similar role in the fashion industry

- Sales experience in luxury stores retail stores is a plus

- Excellent customer service skills

- Ability to create looks for different styles, occasions and body types

- Up-to-date personal style with all fashion trends in outfits, shoes, accessories and makeup

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

- Additional certification in Fashion or Merchandise is a plus

- Team player

We are looking for a Luxury Boutique Stock Manager to provide excellent customer service and help our team meet sales quotas for our business. Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customersfeel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help our stylists assist their customers. A positive attitude and attention to every detail will make you successful in this role. Ultimately, you will help our stylists ensure that customers leave our store satisfied and you will contribute to the store’s profitability.

 

Responsibilities

- Greet and direct customers

- Ensure racks are fully stocked

- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service

- Inform customers about discounts and special offer

- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager

- Stay up-to-date with new products/services

 

Skills

- Proven work experience as a Luxury Stock Associate, Sales Associate or similar role

- Understanding of the retail sales process

- Familiarity with consumer. behavior principles

- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships

- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments

- Flexibility to work various shifts

- High school degree

- Previous Luxury experience is a plus
