Store Manager

Responsible for managing the sales, operations, asset protection, and human resources function of the company to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability. Motivate, lead and inspire the team to achieve productivity and sales goals.

Responsibilities - Not limited to, but including: 

  • Reports to Diane Firsten
  • Directs and oversees retail store operations and the admin team
    • Creates a training manual and onboards all employees to set them up for success
    • Abide by cash collection procedures and make sure all staff members follow it
    • Implements policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness and maximize long-term performance
  • Designs strategies to increase profits and makes recommendations for operational improvement
  • Responsible for achieving sales and service level targets set for the company, recruiting and training of personnel
  • Motivate the staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Work with Diane Firsten to create sales goals and plans to meet them
  • Institute clienteling procedure and train staff 
  • Organize appropriate transfers of merchandise, deliver all requested reports, ensure computer systems are functioning correctly and running periodical physical stock inventory with Logistics manager
  • Complete purchase orders, receiving documentation and checking in deliveries in a timely manner
    • Oversee Logistics Manager with this
  • Maintains PO Book and keeps it up to date
    • Works with Diane/Logistics Manager to enter POS
    • Works with Logistics Manager to place and follow up on special orders
  • Ensure inventory is updated and merchandise is current
    • Train staff on how to enter and update inventory so there is always a back-up person to help
  • Ensure the boutique is clean and well maintained, maintain a visually appealing display
    • Works with Diane Firsten to learn the merchandise so that it may be executed if she’s not available
    • Keep stock rooms neat and organized
    • Works with Logistics Manager to to execute merchandise directives
  • Liaise with the social media team to ensure that they feel supported and are getting the information they need to execute the social media and ecommerce strategies.
  • E-Commerce - 
    • Work with the staff to ensure that e-commerce orders are fulfilled and sent in a timely manner
    • Work with the social media team to ensure that they are getting the information needed for the ecommerce site.
    • Works with the Logistics Manager to oversee this.

Brand Ambassador - Team Awareness:

  • Learning the clients and knowing the product
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Representing the brand inside and outside of the store
  • Assisting Diane Firsten in all ways
  • Take daily challenges as they come and work to effectively problem solve
  • Communicate with Diane Firsten daily to ensure processes are being followed in her way and hold her accountable for giving you information to set you up for success.
  • Must be willing to work most weekends and holidays when the store is open.

Sales:

  • Being present on the sales floor when needed
  • Teaching clienteling, selling and marketing when needed
  • Working with the team to coach them to their goals

Logistics Manager

Responsibilities - Not limited to, but including: 

  • Reports to the Store Manager and Diane Firsten
  • Works with the Store Manager in a supporting role on all the tasks listed below:
  • Creates a training manual for the inventory entry and management
    • Works with the Store Manager to implement inventory management policies and procedures that increase operational effectiveness and maximize long-term performance
  • Work with Diane to complete purchase orders, receiving documentation and checking in deliveries in a timely manner
  • Organize appropriate transfers of merchandise, deliver all requested reports, ensure computer systems are functioning correctly and running periodical physical stock inventory with Store Manager
  • Place special orders and work with Diane to follow-up on all special orders.
  • Maintains PO Book and keeps it up to date
    • Works with Diane on this
    • Follow-up on special orders
  • Ensure inventory is updated and merchandise is current
    • Train staff on how to enter and update inventory so there is always a back-up person to help
  • Ensure the boutique is clean and well maintained, maintain a visually appealing display

    • Orders supplies for the offices/bathrooms etc when they are needed
  • E-Commerce - 
    • Work with the staff to ensure that e-commerce orders are fulfilled and sent in a timely manner
    • Work with the social media team to ensure that they are getting the information needed for the ecommerce site.

  • Participating in merchandising, buying and assisting Diane Firsten in all ways

  • Being present on the sales floor when needed

Part-Time Key Holder

Responsible for supporting the team to assure a great customer experience and optimum profitability.

Responsibilities - Not limited to, but including: 

  • Reports to Diane Firsten and Store Manager
  • Greet customers
  • Sell Clothing, meet sales goals
  • Open and close store when needed
  • Restock the floor
  • Maintain the merchandising standards
  • Help keep the store tidy
  • Keep a client book and work with customers to fulfill their clothing needs
  • Helps to tag and prepare merchandise for the sales floor
  • Help fill and pack e-commerce orders when needed
  • Be a team player willing to jump in and assist where needed on a daily basis

Part-Time Stock Associate

Responsibilities - Not limited to, but including:

  • Assist selling staff
  • Maintain stock room
  • Refull merchandise on the selling floor
  • Tidy dressing rooms and put merchandise back
  • Steam and tag new arrivals

  • Learning the clients and knowing the product
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Representing the brand inside and outside of the store
  • Assisting Diane Firsten in all ways
  • Take Daily challenges as they come and work to effectively problem solve
