SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

Carrier: We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

    Free Shipping: FREE standard shipping on all orders. Most orders arrive in 7–14 business days. Orders over $1,000 qualify for free ground shipping.

      Next-Day Shipping: Available for $50 on orders placed before 2:00 PM EST/EDT, Monday–Friday (excluding holidays), subject to anti-fraud screening.

      Processing Time: Orders may take up to 72 hours to process. Contact us at 1-513-871-3399 for expedited processing.

      Delivery: Adult Signature Required: Some orders require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery.

      Address Restrictions: Orders ship to the address provided at checkout; changes cannot be made after shipping.

      Delays: We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has shipped.
      Additional Notes: Orders may ship from either our Palm Beach or Cincinnati store and could arrive in multiple packages. We do not ship internationally at this time.

        

      Return Policy

      Timeframe: Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of order delivery.

        Condition: Items must be unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging. Shoes must be unworn and returned with dust bags in their original box.

          How-to Return: Email shop@dianefirsten.com for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Securely pack your item, include proof of purchase, and ship to the address below.

          Shipping Costs: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Use a trackable method.

          Important Notes: Returns are eligible for store credit only. Sale purchases are final; items purchased before a sale are not eligible for discounts. A restocking fee applies to all returns.

          Store Credit & Exceptions

          Store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return. E-mail confirmation will follow.

              Final Sale Items: Special orders, international orders, trunk show items, and sale merchandise are final sale.

              Damaged Items: Contact shop@dianefirsten.com for refunds or exchanges on defective products.
